In TOPIK II listening the audio plays once, so notes must be short and selective. Capture time, place, numbers and reasons with symbols, and keep writing only while the speaker pauses.
TOPIK Preparation — TOPIK I and II format, scoring and strategy.
The audio plays once and does not wait. Write only what the question needs: time (3시), place (도서관), number (2명, 15,000원) or reason (비 때문에). Use arrows and symbols instead of full sentences so your eyes can return to the options quickly.
ऑडियो एक ही बार चलता है और रुकता नहीं। केवल वही लिखें जो प्रश्न के लिए चाहिए: समय (3시), स्थान (도서관), संख्या (2명, 15,000원) या कारण (비 때문에)। पूरे वाक्यों के बजाय तीर और संकेत लगाएँ, ताकि आपकी दृष्टि शीघ्र विकल्पों पर लौट सके।
Before the audio starts, draw four small columns: 언제 / 어디 / 숫자 / 왜. When you hear a detail, put it in the matching column. A stream of speech becomes a small table you can read in two seconds.

Station announcement: 오늘 오후 세 시부터 공사가 시작됩니다. 열차는 십 분 간격으로 운행됩니다. The note “3시, 10분” answers both the start time and the interval question without replaying the sentence in your head.
स्टेशन की घोषणा: 오늘 오후 세 시부터 공사가 시작됩니다. 열차는 십 분 간격으로 운행됩니다. टिप्पणी “3시, 10분” से शुरू होने का समय और अंतराल, दोनों के उत्तर मिल जाते हैं, और वाक्य मन में दोहराना नहीं पड़ता।
Learners write the previous answer in full, look down, and miss the first words of the next question. Translate nothing during the audio: keep the Korean keyword, because the options are also in Korean. A note you cannot read back is worse than no note.
शिक्षार्थी पिछला उत्तर पूरा लिखते हैं, नीचे देखते हैं, और अगले प्रश्न के पहले शब्द चूक जाते हैं। ऑडियो के दौरान अनुवाद न करें: कोरियन मुख्य शब्द ही रखें, क्योंकि विकल्प भी कोरियन में हैं। जो टिप्पणी बाद में पढ़ी न जा सके, वह टिप्पणी न होने से भी बुरी है।
Use ㅅ for 시간, ㅁ for 명, → for movement and digits for all numbers. Circle the option you have already eliminated while the next audio is being introduced. Keep the pencil moving only for keywords, never for grammar.
시간 के लिए ㅅ, 명 के लिए ㅁ, गति के लिए → और सभी संख्याओं के लिए अंक लिखें। अगला ऑडियो शुरू होने से पहले जिस विकल्प को हटा दिया है उसे घेर लें। पेंसिल केवल मुख्य शब्दों के लिए चलाएँ, व्याकरण के लिए कभी नहीं।
TOPIK II listening has 50 questions worth 2 points each, 100 points in total, and lasts 60 minutes. The final grade uses the total of listening, writing and reading: 3급 120, 4급 150, 5급 190 and 6급 230. One missed item costs 2 points, so always mark an answer.

💡 만남이 이루어지는 장소에는 ‘-에서’를 씁니다. ‘한식당에서 만나요’가 알맞습니다.
Q2. 빈칸에 알맞은 말을 쓰십시오: 오늘 오후 세 시___ 공사가 시작됩니다.
खाली स्थान में उचित शब्द लिखिए: 오늘 오후 세 시___ 공사가 시작됩니다।
Answer: 부터
💡 시간의 시작점을 나타낼 때 ‘-부터’를 씁니다. ‘세 시부터’는 세 시에 시작한다는 뜻입니다.
Q3. 듣기 시험에서 메모할 때 가장 알맞은 방법을 고르십시오.
श्रवण परीक्षा में टिप्पणी करने का सबसे उचित तरीका चुनिए।
Answer: 핵심 명사와 숫자만 짧게 적는다.
💡 듣기는 한 번만 들려주므로 시간, 장소, 숫자, 이유 같은 핵심 정보만 짧게 적어야 합니다. 문장을 모두 적으면 다음 문제를 놓칩니다.
